HEALTH-10455 - USA (Shelbyville, Tennessee) - Health Care Services for Jail - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide health care services for jail to the government authority located in Shelbyville, TN.– The Provider shall administer health care services and related administrative services.– Provider shall perform a comprehensive health assessment on any inmate within fourteen (14) calendar days (or such other stricter time limit as required by statute or controlling authority) of the arrival of the inmate at the Jail.– Provider shall identify the need, schedule, and coordinate all non–emergency and emergency medical care rendered to inmates inside or outside the Jail, and pay for such care unless limited as to payment responsibility.– Provider shall identify the need, schedule, and coordinate any hospital care of any inmate of the Jail. – This also includes responsibility for making emergency arrangements for ambulance service to the inpatient facility.– This includes laboratory testing procedures.– Provider shall provide a total pharmaceutical system for the Jail beginning with the provider's prescribing of medication, the filling of the prescription, the administration of medication, and the necessary record keeping.
