(1) Vendor needs to provide artificial intelligence (AI)–enabled probation report generation and operations platform. • AI enabled software platform is critical to streamlining court report preparation, improving officer productivity, reducing clerical burden, enabling rapid case understanding, and strengthening compliance with California laws.• Solution must support AI assisted drafting, workflow driven report generation, secure document ingestion, a role aware general AI Assistant, AI enhanced field operation planning and case note capture, and a unified reporting and analytics framework. • Platform must operate within county defined ethical AI guardrails, ensure full human oversight of all AI generated content, and respect strict role–based access controls.• General AI Assistant and Internal Knowledge Tools – Provide a County–governed AI assistant supporting items such as internal policy lookup.• Ethical AI and Governance – Ensure AI generated content is clearly identified, traceable to source materials, neutral in tone.• AI Court Report Writing and Document Automation – Enable AI assisted drafting using uploaded documents and structured data.• Reporting and Analytics – Provide self‑service reporting tools, dashboards, trend analysis, role‑based visibility, and AI‑query access to operational datasets• AI‑Assisted Report Writing – AI‑generated drafts, document ingestion, traceability, template governance, human‑in‑the‑loop review, and secure report finalization.• General AI Assistant – Controlled internal‑reference mode, role‑based case‑specific questions and answers, County‑governed datasets, no cross‑chat memory, and ethical AI guardrails(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 9, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for three years.
