(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation and benefits study service to the government authority located in South Burlington, VT. – Assist the organization in evaluating its overall employee compensation, benefits and pay structure as compared to the market, perform a job audit and analysis for each position to determine appropriate classification; and update agency current rating manual.a) Compensation and Benefits Study: • Review existing compensation plans and benefit plans. • Include recommendations for the list of current comparative organizations.• Gather necessary survey data from comparable organizationsb) Job Audit and Analysis:• Evaluate current classification positions.• Gather necessary employee information through the use of a combination of site visits, job analysis questionnaires, group and individual interviews.
