NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that emailed proposals will be received by Kitsap Transit. Proposals must be submitted NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. November 23, 2026 and should be addressed as: CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT RUBY CREEK LIFT STATION RFQ KT #26-067 Kitsap Transit is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to solicit proposals from interested, qualified, and experienced firms to provide Construction Management Services to support construction of the Ruby Creek Lift Station in Port Orchard, Washington. The project was designed by the City of Port Orchard and includes a new duplex submersible sewer lift station, wet well and associated vaults, gravity sewer and force main improvements, a control building, electrical and instrumentation systems, standby power, site improvements, and related infrastructure.
