(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firm services for vice president of academic affairs, and dean positions to the government authority located in Glen Ellyn, IL.• Execute a search for candidates with qualifications meeting the position.• Screen and interview candidates as appropriate to ascertain legitimacy of potential candidates.• Provide a minimum of five well–qualified, diverse candidates, from various backgrounds, to the college for interviews.• Coordinate interviews as appropriate.• Make presentations to the college’s parties of interest as appropriate.• Screen candidates for conflicts of interest.• Perform reference and background checks on the top candidates.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on October 12, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
