LEGAL-17482 - USA (Lodi, Wisconsin) - Municipal Attorney Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal attorney services to the government authority located in Lodi, WI.– Provide clear and concise legal advice and consultation (oral and written) as requested or required to the city council, mayor, city administrator, and police chief on a variety of matters pertaining to all aspects of governance. – Research and interpret laws, court decisions and other authorities for preparing legal opinions and to advise on legal matters pertaining to city matters. – Provide legal updates and guidance regarding changes with federal, state, and local laws. – Draft, review, and/or revise documents, including but not limited to memoranda concerning legal issues, contracts, ordinances, resolutions, agreements, development agreements, policies, notices, open records, leases, deeds, loans, and permits. – Ensure municipal ordinances and policies comply with state and federal law. – Make recommendations for updating existing City codes, resolutions, and other policies.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
