(1) Vendor needs to provide geothermal engineering study services to the government authority located in Wisconsin.– Project scope, technical approach, schedule, risk factors, required disciplines, and potential cost ranges associated with a geothermal engineering feasibility study– All costs, including capital, energy and maintenance, are discounted to present value so the three options can be compared on the same basis. – The deep well aquifer geothermal used to model and cost estimate these scenarios is Darcy technology.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 27, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 03, 2026.
