(1) Vendor needs to provide education and outreach services.– Develop strategies and timelines for outreach, arrange events, collect public feedback, and prepare reports for the public, the Environmental Justice Advisory Council, and Vermont Legislators. – The education and outreach work will also guide the development of clear effective materials to support municipal communication and administration of no adverse impact flood resilience standards. – Education and outreach efforts will provide information on the science, policy, and value of watershed–wide no adverse impact strategies for flood resilience. – The engagement will seek feedback from all sectors of society including business, non–governmental, municipal, and regional entities across the state. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
