(1) Vendor needs to provide local economic and fiscal impact analysis and workforce study service to the government authority located in Long Beach, CA. – Develop a comprehensive study that quantifies the economic and fiscal impact of agency–related activities within the agency. – This local economic and fiscal impact analysis and workforce study will also examine the impact of foreign–owned enterprises and evaluate the current and future workforce needs associated with agency–related industries.  – Measures the agency’s direct, indirect, and induced economic and fiscal contributions to the agency.– Identifies and evaluates the economic impacts of foreign–owned enterprises within the diverse ecosystem of maritime, logistics and goods–movement industries.– Assesses the characteristics and composition of the current agency–related workforce.– Forecasts future workforce demand by industry and occupation, identifying gaps in the local talent pipeline and opportunities for targeted workforce development. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026. (3) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on July 07, 2026.
