(1) Vendor needs to provide employee pay cards services to the government authority located in Utah.– Provide a pay card option for employee pay as an alternative to direct deposit.– Includes the following:• Convenient and secure payment: Wages will be electronically loaded onto a prepaid, network branded pay card each pay period.• Instant wage access: Employees will receive immediate access to their funds on payday• Integration with existing systems: System will seamlessly integrate with current payroll and accounting systems, ensuring a quick and smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations.• Comprehensive features: Include robust features for employees such as a mobile app for balance checks, access to a wide network of fee–free ATMs, online transaction history and financial wellness tools.• Actively promoting the Cards to its employees as a means of receiving payment of wages• Assisting in the training of Client Representatives• Managing Card inventory• Presenting all Card collateral, enrollment information, & program disclosures to Cardholders when the employee picks up the card• Opening all new Accounts(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
