(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise data services to the government authority located in Doylestown, PA. – Provide practical, actionable recommendations to improve the reliability, consistency, accessibility, and strategic use of organizational data. • Stakeholder engagement and discovery: Conduct structured discovery with stakeholders across relevant agency divisions to understand how business processes, systems and data are used in daily operations. – Document current workflows, tools, data inputs and outputs, reporting practices, handoffs, dependencies, and pain points.– Identify where data quality, consistency, timeliness, ownership, or validation issues affect business processes or reporting confidence. • Evaluate current systems: Assess the agency’s core enterprise systems.– The assessment should focus on how these systems are currently used, where key data is created and maintained, how business processes rely on them and where work is occurring outside the intended systems.– Document the primary purpose, major data elements, users, and business processes supported by each core system.– Identify which systems serve as the authoritative source for key data domains, including employee, financial, student, service, program, customer and billing data.• Integration assessment: Assess how data currently moves between agency systems, where integrations are working effectively and where gaps, manual processes or architecture limitations affect reporting, billing and decision–making.– Document current integrations, data flows, handoffs, dependencies, and manual data movement between core systems.– Identify integration gaps, duplicate data movement, unreliable feeds, timing issues, and points where data quality may be affected. – Review the current or proposed approach for automating SIS data ingestion, billing calculations, validation, and reporting through the Data Lake.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
