(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development, implementation, hosting, migration, maintenance and replacement service using content management system. – Provide design, develop, and implement a modern, visually engaging, accessible, secure, and user–friendly municipal website to replace existing website.– Existing website presents operational challenges, including a complex and outdated Content Management System (CMS), limited employee training resources, obsolete webpages, broken navigation links, and accessibility deficiencies.– Website Audit, Discovery, and Strategic Planning:• A complete inventory of existing webpages, documents, navigation links, and digital assets.• Identification of obsolete, duplicate, inaccurate, inaccessible, and unnecessary content.• Recommendations identifying which webpages should be retained, consolidated, revised, archived, or eliminated.– Website Design and User Experience:• Develop a contemporary, visually engaging website that prioritizes ease of use, accessibility, and efficient access to municipal information.• Design shall emphasize clear visual navigation, intuitive organization, prominent search functionality, and an experience appropriate for current and emerging internet usage patterns.• Modern homepage featuring prominent city news, announcements, and public information.– Content Management System and Technical Development:• Implement a modern, secure, and supported CMS that allows city employees to independently manage website content without requiring specialized technical expertise.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
