(1) Vendor needs to provide robotics service to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– Service maintenance agreement for Robotics BSD600 Ascent A2 Dual Punch instruments.– Provide on–site annual preventative maintenance per the manufacturer's guidelines on each BSD600 Ascent 2 instrument.– Supply technical support via telephone, email, and on–site throughout the life of the contract.– Software and firmware update (previous authorization).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
