Project Description: The project scope includes but is not limited to: • Demolition of vertical shiplap siding and felt weather barrier. • In-kind replacement of damaged plywood sheathing. • Selective demolition of windows and new infill framing. • Installation of weather barrier and metal wall panels. • Fabrication and installation sheet metal flashing. • Replacement of existing gutters and downspouts. • Remove, refinish and reinstall sliding wood doors. • Dismantle canopy structure and re-install on footings. • Modifications to existing chain link gates and fencing. • Selective repair of interior gypsum wall board finishes. • Miscellaneous electrical work and lighting replacement.
