(1) Vendor needs to provide international representation service.• Provide consultant, in market, to represent the agency economic development interests in Canada• Further develop and maintain relationships with Canadian companies that currently have an established presence in agency by contacting and meeting with those companies in Canada.• Initiate contact with no less than 50 of the top Canadian prospect companies annually.• Establish and maintain relationships with 4–6 of the top local site selection companies, as well as accelerators, service providers or multipliers.• A measurable objective will be for the contractor to develop 20 qualified business recruitment leads per year, and 10 active projects that will be assigned to agency project managers.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
