(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial custodial services to the government authority located in Richmond, Virginia.• Commercial custodial services for the department of general services at multiple state buildings and parking facilities within the capital square complex in downtown.• Empty materials from trash receptacles and leave in designated area.• Empty all recycling cans into appropriate bins and transport to designated area.• Wipe clean soiled trash receptacles and replace damaged or soiled liners.• Dust all areas within high reach, including windowsills, wall ledges, chairs, desks, tables, baseboards, file cabinets, radiators, picture, partitions and all manners of medical, dental, and office furniture.• Damp wipe spillage and stains from all areas within high reach, including windowsills, wall ledges, chairs, desks, tables, base boards, file cabinets, radiators, pictures, partitions and all manner of medical and office furniture.• Vacuum and spot clean all upholstered furniture remove finger marks, stains, and smudges.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
