(1) Vendor needs to provide renewable energy consulting services to the government authority located in Minnesota.– Defined areas for implementation within what the University determines as available– Technology options (Wind, solar, etc.)– Power output potential– Emissions coverage– Interconnection needs, path forward– Load available for behind the meter vs selling back to the grid (And as such, the monetary comparison of either)– Defined, legal access routes for site of installations– Determination if a capital investment or power purchase agreement with a developer is better– All these factors should roll up to an estimated cost (one time and annually)– All of these factors should add up to a range of options that are Best, Better, or a No Go(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
