(1) Vendor needs to provide ServiceNow software managed services.• Maintain the availability, reliability, security, and supportability of the ServiceNow ITSM environment.• Provide investigation and resolution of platform incidents, defects, and configuration issues.• Perform routine platform administration and maintain approved configurations.• Support releases, upgrades, patches, testing, production validation, and documentation.• Implement approved minor enhancements and prioritized backlog items within contracted capacity.• Provide transparent service management, reporting, governance, and capacity tracking.• Build internal capability through documentation and continuing knowledge transfer.• Support an orderly transition at service commencement and contract exit.• Administer authorized users, groups, roles, access, assignment groups, queues, forms, fields, lists, workspaces, notifications, email templates, catalogs, workflows, approvals, service levels, reports, dashboards, scheduled jobs, automation, environments, and configuration data.• Support the ServiceNow applications and capabilities implemented, accepted, and listed in the supported configuration inventory.• Maintain catalog items, record producers, variables, forms, routing, assignment, approvals, fulfillment tasks, instructions, notifications, access rules, and related testing.• Maintain approved operational reports and dashboards, including filters, data sources, sharing permissions, schedules, definitions, and calculation methods• Support least–privilege roles and groups, access reviews, access–related defect resolution, and investigation of suspected inappropriate access or configuration.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on September 11, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
