(1) Vendor needs to provide cartographic services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.– Will utilize existing City geographic information system (GIS) data sets and software to develop, design, maintain, and deliver accurate, user–friendly, and publicly accessible trail maps– Developed maps are intended for both print distribution and digital access via the city’s website and mobile platforms for public use.A. Produce aesthetically engaging and navigationally accurate maps of the City’s trail system utilizing ESRI GIS Software and ArcGIS Pro.B. Provide map formats suitable for print, web, and mobile applications.C. Ensure digital versions are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and optimized for mobile devices and web use– Data Collection and Verification1. Analyze and validate existing GIS trail data.2. Provide discovery report on data gaps– Map Design Development1. Prepare initial design concepts, style guides, and draft layout for both print and digital formats for City review and feedback.2. Make up to three rounds of revisions based on feedback– Digital Map Development1. Provide geoPDF versions for offline use2. Coordinate with the City's web team for integration into the municipal website3.
