(1) Vendor needs to provide day treatment intensive and day rehabilitation services to the government authority located in Modesto, CA. – Provide Day Rehabilitation (DR) and Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) services for medical eligible children and youth up to the age of twenty–one who meet medical necessity criteria for Specialty Mental Health Services – Both DR and DTI programs shall operate within a structured therapeutic milieu, defined as a safe, supportive, and recovery–focused environment conducive to healing and positive behavioral change.• Provide the foundation for Day Rehabilitation and Day Treatment Intensive services, differentiating them from other specialty mental health services.• Include a structured therapeutic program with clearly defined service components delivered by identified staff.• Occur during continuous scheduled program hours (minimum of three hours for half–day programs; more than four hours for full–day programs).• Promote a nurturing interpersonal environment that models, teaches, and reinforces constructive interaction.• Support peer and staff feedback that encourages symptom reduction, increased adaptive functioning, and reduced emotional distress.• Empower members by promoting participation in program operations (e.g., leading community meetings, giving peer feedback) and supporting safe risk–taking in a structured environment.• Support behavior management interventions that build self–management skills, problem–solving abilities, and independence.(2) Pre–bid conference will be held on November 3, 2026.
