CSE-24585 - USA (Louisville, Kentucky) - Armed and Unarmed Security Guard Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide armed and unarmed security guard services to the government authority located in Louisville, KY.• Provide security personnel to staff designated posts, monitor assigned areas, conduct regular perimeter patrols and rounds, support access control, deter unauthorized or illegal activity, respond to security concerns, and assist in protecting agency employees, customers, visitors, facilities, vehicles, equipment, and property.• Security services will include a combination of continuous and scheduled coverage.• Each assigned security officer shall complete daily activity reports at one– to two–hour intervals, including documentation of significant activities, observations, incidents, and interactions with the public• Security officers shall conduct regular perimeter patrols and rounds at least once every two (2) hours and document each patrol or round in the daily activity report.• Security personnel shall continuously monitor their assigned posts and designated patrol areas throughout their scheduled shifts.• Security personnel shall immediately report suspicious or unauthorized activity and shall contact appropriate emergency personnel when safety is compromised or criminal activity is evident.• Security personnel shall deter and appropriately address activity that is disruptive, unsafe, unauthorized, or inconsistent with the intended use of agency facilities and property.• Security personnel shall protect agency employees, customers, visitors, facilities, vehicles, equipment, and other property within their assigned areas.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(4) Non–Mandatory Pre–Proposal Meeting (If needed, and Site Walk will be held on September 9, 2026.
