(1) Vendor needs to provide design services to the government authority located in Statesboro, GA. – Provide conceptual drainage improvements along with final civil design including: utility relocation, stormwater drainage system improvements, and roadway improvements. – This will include surveying, ROW and Easements, utilities, drainage basin modeling and construction design.– Provide professional services for a drainage improvement project located in the vicinity of agency. • Phase 1, concept phase:– Topographic and parcel survey in state plane coordinate system– Concept plans– Utility conflicts identified – Right–of–way conflicts identified – Preliminary cost estimate – Consultation with agency– 30% Plans for review• Phase 2, final design phase:– 60%, 90%, and final road design for review.– Hydrology study.– Right–of way revisions.– Staking of any required right–of–way and easements.– Construction cost estimate to be used for bidding purposes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026. (3) Virtual mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.
