(1) Vendor needs to provide regional infectious services for enhancement to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.– Improve access to integrated infectious disease prevention, education, screening, testing, linkage to care, care coordination, workforce development, technical assistance, and regional collaboration across behavioral health system.– Improve Health Outcomes: Reduce disparities and improve measurable infectious disease outcomes through data–informed decision–making, performance monitoring, and strong partnerships across behavioral health, healthcare, and public health systems.– Improve Quality and Coordination: Promote consistent, high–quality infectious disease services through standardized practices, integrated care coordination, and continuous quality improvement.– Strengthen Regional Capacity: Enhance the ability of behavioral health providers and community partners to implement evidence–informed infectious disease practices through technical assistance, workforce development, and regional collaboration.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 5, 2026.
