DRA-11597 - USA (Jackson, Mississippi) - Compensation Analysis Service - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation analysis service to the government authority located in Jackson, MS. • Determine the agency’s current market position relative to both public–sector comparators and private sector healthcare employers for all in–scope classifications.• Identify pay compression, inversion, internal equity gaps, and classification and pay grade misalignment within the existing pay plan.• Provide a fiscally responsible implementation roadmap, including cost modeling and phased implementation options, for legislative or budget–office review.• Support workforce retention and recruitment for hard–to–fill clinical, allied health, and healthcare–support classifications.• Evaluate Base pay (salary range minimum, midpoint, maximum) benchmarking against both public–sector and private sector healthcare comparators. • Assess internal equity analysis across the in–scope classifications, including pay compression between supervisory and non–supervisory roles. • Review of the Agency’s current pay plan structure (grades, steps/ranges, progression rules) for alignment with SPB rules(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
