(1) Vendor needs to provide elementary english, language arts and english language development curriculum service to the government authority located in Denver, CO.• The purpose of this Solicitation is to solicit proposals from qualifi ed vendors to adopt knowledge building and culturally responsive instructional materials to become the adopted ELA/ELD curriculum for the next adoption cycle.• English/Language Arts (ELA): Must be a knowledge building and culturally sustaining curriculum. Must include a sufficient writing component.• English Language Development (ELD): ELD is most appropriately designed to be hands–on, visual, and strengthen the domains of reading, writing, speaking, listening, viewing, and representing. – Some digital may be appropriate, but high levels of social and language engagement/oracy is essential for student development.• Professional Development Opportunitiesa.
