(1) Vendor needs to provide survey fieldwork and analysis services to the government authority located in Jacksonville, FL.– Provides surveys, to be self–completed by departing travelers, and an analysis of the results.– The distribution and collection of approximately 350 surveys each quarter for a total of 1,400 survey annually. – Typical surveys ask departing passengers a series of questions regarding their airport experience.– Surveys take approximately 7–10 minutes for the passenger to complete.– Record self–completion surveys for the ASQ program to departing passengers in the gate areas. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 16, 2026(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2026
