EXTRA-78925 - USA (Rockville, Maryland) - RFI for Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program Reconsideration Panel Support Services - Deadline December 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide countermeasures injury compensation program reconsideration panel support services to the government authority located in Rockville, MD. – Contractor will provide operational support for the reconsideration process. Key activities are expected to include:• Coordinating administrative, medical, insufficient–documentation, and, when required, benefits reconsideration panels;• The contractor shall maintain and update the list, conduct outreach to officers, and coordinate their participation on panels;• The contractor shall also maintain a cadre of qualified consultants with appropriate professional and clinical expertise to supplement panel composition when agency officers are unavailable or when specialized expertise is required;• Coordinating telephone panel deliberations, including participation by an agency Office of the General Counsel (OGC) attorney;• Preparing Reconsideration Receipt letters and Draft Reports of Findings, addressing Government review comments, and finalizing required documentation;• Preparing Letters of Acknowledgment for volunteer panelists; and• Maintaining complete and current case and contract documentation in the Government–owned Salesforce case management system.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
