(1) Vendor needs to provide business writing and document production training service to the government authority located in California. – Deliver Business Writing and Document Production training courses to eligible employees.– Provide training through both in–person and synchronous live–online methods, with the flexibility to switch between delivery methods on reasonable notice.– Provide technical support for the web conferencing platforms used for virtual training delivery.– Training courses will be offered through the following methods:- Instructor led, face–to–face, in–person classroom training at an approved agency facility or the Vendor's place of business (In–Person).- Online delivery in a synchronous, real time virtual classroom led by a live instructor (Synchronous Live–Online).– Course Hours and Schedule. In–person and synchronous live–online training courses will be scheduled Monday through Friday during regular work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time, excluding agency observed holidays.– Class Size. The minimum number of participants is ten (10) and the maximum is twenty (20) per training course.– Course Content. The Business Writing and Document Production training program will address practical business writing strategies, document formats, and tools relevant to the daily work of government employees.– Course design, pacing, examples, and instructional methods must suit a diverse adult workforce with varying job functions, responsibilities, and seniority levels. – Training Materials. The Vendor will provide all materials needed to conduct training courses on or before the first day of training, including participant workbooks or guides, self–assessment tools, planning worksheets, job aids, and document templates as appropriate.– Vendor will agree on a web conferencing platform, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, for all synchronous live–online courses.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
