The Bidding process will be governed by the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations of 2025. Partner’s in Health Sierra Leone Quality Essential Health Services and Systems Support Project (QEHSSSP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to for the supply of Medicines, Consumables and Laboratory Health Products to be delivered to Jojoima Heath Centre, Kailahun District, Sierra Leone within a delivery period of 120 days from the signing of the contract. There is no margin of preference. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
