(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based certified payroll tracking software to track certified payroll for construction projects to comply with relevant Department of Labor requirements for Public works and a software system that has been tested by numerous governmental agencies (school districts is a plus).– Vendor will provide a web–based software application/solution for prequalified vendors along with their sub–contractors to enter certified payroll on active construction school projects– Vendor is responsible for creating reporting modules based off of the District’s needs– Vendor is responsible for trouble–shooting any technical glitches and any inquiries that come in from the public users– Vendor will provide reporting tools to track Minority & Women Workforce(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
