– Vendor needs to provide printer and multifunction device services to the government authority located in Grandview, MO. – Provide printer and multifunction device services for city operations.– Equipment, maintenance, toner and other consumables, service response, meter collection, invoicing, and implementation support for its printer fleet.– Provide an implementation schedule showing estimated milestones from award through go–live.– Coordinate delivery, setup, installation, network configuration, testing, and end–user readiness.– Provide all routine maintenance, repair service, replacement parts, and labor required to keep the equipment in working condition.– Available security features, including user authentication, secure print release, hard drive protections, data overwrite, audit trails, and support for current security protocols.– Identify any device management, reporting, or print–management software included with the solution.– Provide itemized invoices showing lease or rental charges, maintenance charges, black–and–white usage, color usage, overages if applicable, and any other billable items.– Equipment and fleet right–sizing.
