DRA-11028 - USA (Mount Holly, New Jersey) - Third Party Recording Data Capture and Double Key Verification Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party recording data capture and double key verification services to the government authority located in Mount Holly, NJ. – The Successful Proposer shall download a daily extract via a folder on a FTP service. Data will include a text file containing the document's index data, and TIFF image files of all image files. The Successful Proposer will also receive daily emails notifying them that the extract is ready.– The Successful Proposer shall verify the parties on the document images provided (including Grantor, Grantee, Mortgagor, Mortgagee, etc.), book and page, number of pages in each document, Township, block and lot where provided in the document image, and resolve all inconsistencies between the Contractor’s indexing and verification so that an accurate presentation of the index information shall occur.– Transmit the exceptions report to the County electronically within twenty–four (24) hours of the Successful Proposer receiving the index information and document images from the agency.– Offer a per–document fee for the work involved for both double–key verification only and, potentially, for full–service data entry and verification following the indexing specifications provided by the agency.– The Successful Proposer shall perform all off–site work within the continental United States.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
