PM-23787 - USA (San Diego, California) - Printing, Postage and Mailing Services - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide printing, postage and mailing services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Printing services, including but not limited to:– Print up to 250,000 pieces per weekly batch.– Print in formats including letters, postcards, bifold, or others, as may determine necessary.– Sourcing and printing on a high percentage recycled paper, as decided by or as revised by as needed.– Postage services, including but not limited to:– Offer a permit Imprint option on behalf of agency with no additional mark–up.– Offer a postage meter or pc postage indicia stamp if deemed efficient and cost effective with no additional mark–up.– Offer precanceled stamps option if deemed efficient and cost effective with no additional mark–up.– Mailing services, including but not limited to:– Review national change of address and provide a report.– Ability to sign non–disclosure agreement for handling sensitive customer data.– Tracking and reporting of progress and costs, including but not limited to:– Reports on progress of projects from initial proof through delivery to post office.– Reports on printing, postage and mailing costs with itemized breakdown.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
