Description
Idaho Falls School District 91 is requesting proposals to update its existing Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) infrastructure. The completion of this procurement is contingent upon receipt of an E-Rate funding commitment, approval and availability of the Districts required non-discount share, and approval of the project and related budget by the Idaho Falls School District 91 Board of Trustees. The awarded vendor must be an active E-Rate service provider and maintain a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) throughout the procurement and funding process. Requested equipment and services must comply with applicable E-Rate Category Two Internal Connections requirements. Any ineligible equipment, services, fees, or charges must be clearly identified and separately itemized in the vendors proposal. See the associated RFP and procurement documents for complete specifications, quantities, bidding requirements, evaluation criteria, deadlines, and any applicable disqualification factors.
