CONS-23922 - USA (Arlington, Texas) - Colonial Estates Phase Construction Service - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide colonial estates phase construction service to the government authority located in Arlington, TX.• The Contractor shall provide, at his/her own expense, all construction staking required toperform the work, including critical sections of curb and gutter as directed by the City.• The contractor shall perform an elevation survey of all street segments in the contract andestablish removal and replacement limits to ensure ponding water will not exist afterconstruction• Survey shall include enough information to evaluate drainage of the street and adjacent properties• Fills shall be constructed at the locations and to the lines and grades indicated on thedrawings.• No rock will be allowed in the upper 12–inches of the fill.• Dry any material having moisture content too high for proper compaction by aeration untilthe moisture content is lowered to a point where satisfactory compaction may be obtained.• Weed Control: Appropriate herbicides shall be applied as necessary as previouslyspecified.– Grass shall be edged where it is adjacent to concrete areas.– All concrete areas where weeds are growing in the joints must be trimmed or chemicallysprayed. These areas must have all growth removed. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
