(1) Vendor needs to provide architect and engineering feasibility study services to the government authority located in Readsboro, VT.• Provide architectural and engineering teams to complete a feasibility study for the proposed agency House and Campus Connections project in agency. – The assignment includes measured existing–conditions documentation, preliminary building and site assessments, space programming, conceptual design, cost estimating, and related technical decision support.– The project will be evaluated against the following campus objectives:– create stronger physical, programmatic, and social connections between the two residential facilities;– improve the experience and quality of life of independent–living residents through additional programming and better access to services;– support continuity and informed transitions as residents’ needs change, without treating either residential community as subordinate to the other;– create appropriate reasons for families, service partners, and the surrounding community to visit and participate in programs, services, events, or shared activities on campus;– reduce organizational and staff separation between the two facilities through shared functions, space, and relationships; and– support mutually useful relationships with agency, organizations serving older adults aging in place, and other regional service and healthcare providers.
