(1) Vendor needs to provide total compensation study service to the government authority located in Arcadia, CA. – Provide total compensation study (i.e. salary, benefits, special pays, etc.) that is informational in nature.– Reviewing the existing job descriptions and compensation system (including benefits), analyze job duties, identify the market pay for each position, identify the market value of the employee benefits package.– Provide a market analysis of the total compensation including salary and benefits.– Provide a defined and comprehensive itinerary of services offered including average response time, client care and relations, and schedule of costs.– Provide human resources the opportunity to review progress of study to ensure forward movement and identify challenges related to gathering information.– Review the city’s current job descriptions and compensation system to understand duties and responsibilities in order to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.– Conduct a comprehensive base salary, special pay, and benefits survey (total compensation).– Survey could include, where feasible, benchmarking local market public sector jobs within the same essential duties and functions.– Comprehensive survey will also include a review and market analysis of salary, special pay, and other benefits.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
