ESTATE-11964 - USA (Saint Charles, Missouri) - Real Estate Marketing, Planning and Redevelopment Consultant Services - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate marketing, planning and redevelopment consultant services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Saint Charles, Missouri. • Assist in the development of master planned projects, such as RiverPointe.• Work with agency to identify potential areas for redevelopment:– Possible assemblages, repurposing, or repositioning of land/property owners/users.– Introducing potential redevelopment options/opportunities to developers and end users.• Market select agency–owned properties to end users. • Assist agency in attracting, discussing and positioning businesses with the agency limits.• Provide input on land use, marketability, opportunities, etc.• Provide monthly status reports detailing all of the firm’s activities, conversations, progress, etc. made pertaining to the completion of services as directed by agency.• Agency shall have the option to terminate agreement, for any reason or no reason at all, by thirty (30) days written notice to firm.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
