(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive tax–exempt bond market information subscription service.– provide timely reporting on legislative, regulatory, financial, and market developments affecting municipal issuers, investors, and other stakeholders within the tax–exempt bond community.– The objective of this procurement is to obtain an annual online subscription that provides comprehensive tax–exempt bond market information to authorized IRS personnel.– Provide continuous access to current news, market developments, regulatory updates, and analytical information related to the municipal bond market.– One (1) annual online subscription providing tax–exempt bond market information.– Continuous online access to current and archived news articles, market reports, regulatory developments, and municipal finance publications.– Access for authorized IRS personnel in accordance with the subscription license.– Daily publication updates throughout the subscription period.– Technical support for subscription access issues during normal business hours.– Any software updates or enhancements included as part of the standard subscription service.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
