(1) Vendor needs to provide data center environmental impact analysis service to the government authority located in Hillsboro, OR.• Provide objective, technically supported information regarding existing conditions, environmental and infrastructure impacts, current regulatory and industry practices, emerging trends, and potential policy considerations associated with data center development.• Establish a clear and well–documented understanding of existing environmental and infrastructure conditions associated with data center development• Analyze available quantitative and qualitative information regarding noise, air emissions, greenhouse gas emissions, water use, sanitary sewer, stormwater, vibration, energy use and efficiency, and related infrastructure considerations.• Evaluate conditions at both the Citywide or industry level and, where information is available, at the individual facility level;• Identify emerging regulations, technologies, operational practices, and industry trends that may materially affect environmental impacts;• Identify relevant best practices that may inform future City planning, policy, or development standards; • Develop objective findings and policy considerations supported by the study analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 11, 2026.
