– Vendor needs to provide comprehensive economic development strategy service. – Provide process in 2017 to merge the existing comprehensive economic development strategy and stronger economies together economic development plan.– Provide strategy formulation and action plan.– Develop a plan for public input and involvement in the strategic economic development planning process, including workshops, public listening sessions and meetings.– Public comment and revisions.– Community and stakeholder engagement.– Consult with representatives of each incorporated locality as well as members of staff of each locality to ensure that all relevant concerns about each locality’s economic development landscape are considered and addressed.– Prepare a comprehensive economic base analysis.
