This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the construction phase of the City Hall HVAC Replacement Project. The City is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary. The bid specifications, including instructions on how to bid, standards for a responsive bid, project specifications, and plans are attached hereto in Attachments and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full.
