(1) Vendor needs to provide media buying services. • Strategic partner to help introduce new travelers to the Area throughout the year. • Provide approved creative assets, including ad copy, images, videos, and audio, for applicable media channels. • Responsible for recommending appropriate channels, formats, audience targeting, placement strategies, and media schedules.• Develop data–driven audience segmentation and targeting strategies that distinguish prospective new visitors from past visitors and residents.• Use audience insights and campaign performance data to refine targeting, identify emerging opportunities, and recommend adjustments to media investments• Create campaign–level plans with objectives, target audiences, geography, timing, channels, budgets, creative assets required, KPIs, and landing–page recommendations.• Recommend media formats and creative specifications for county–provided assets, including destination campaign materials and storytelling videos.• Measure campaign reach, engagement, website traffic, conversions, and other relevant paid media performance indicators.• Evaluate paid media–attributed destination visitation, overnight stays, visitor spending, and new leisure visitor acquisition, where measurable, using transparent and defensible methods.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 18, 2026.
