(1) Vendor needs to provide instructional and special education contracted services to the government authority located in Waller, TX. – Providing contracted services for instructional and special education programs including, professional development and training services.– Provide researched based literacy support and training for teachers to enhance teaching and learning opportunities that support curriculum and campus improvement plans.– Provide clearly articulated focus and research based instructional strategies aligned to the curriculum documents and essential knowledge and skills.– Provide materials to engage students, specifically focusing on drop–out prevention, educational motivation and inspiration through literacy and role playing.– Develop expertise related to sheltered instruction and cooperative learning opportunities.– Support the development of higher–level thinking skills.– Support the development and use of varied assessments(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
