(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety training facility parking lot replacement service to the government authority located in Wayne, MI. – The removal and replacement of the drive and parking lot of the canton public safety training facility and the addition of a walkway to an existing building.– The surface area of these items is approximately 25,000 square feet. – This includes the sitework staking, demolition and removal of the existing material, prepping of the sub–base, installing 4” of hma overtop, pavement markings, and the creation of a new concrete walkway.– Remove existing asphalt and replace 4” hma asphalt– Parking lot re–striping– Creation of asphalt pathway(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 20,2026.
