(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Moab, UT.– Transportation engineering:– Transportation planning and modeling.– Geometric roadway design and rehabilitation.– Roadway improvements, bridges, and structures.– Utility design and coordination.– Drainage and stormwater management.– Culinary water engineering:– Water system planning and modeling.– Distribution system design.– Water rights analysis and documentation.– Storage and treatment facility design and rehabilitation.– Wastewater engineering:– Wastewater system planning and modeling.– Collection system and outfall design.– Stormwater engineering:– Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
