Vendor needs to provide comprehensive backflow prevention services including inspections, surveys, testing coordination, reporting, and program management for approximately 485 commercial and industrial properties to the government authority located in Galax, VA.– Provide proposed survey plan to the City for review prior to commencing surveys. The proposed plan should provide priority to high hazard customer accounts– Coordinate and notify customers of inspection/testing requirements and surveys and/or re–surveys in writing.– Perform compliance surveys for each non–compliant location upon notification of completion of compliance requirements.
