Request for Quotations Country: Ukraine Name of Project: “Delivering Resilient Infrastructure in Vulnerable Environments in Ukraine” (DRIVE) Credit No.: 7748-UA Name of Assignment : Installation of Two Emergency Modular Road Bridges at km 29+012 and km 41+382 of Public Road of National Importance R-87 Halych - Pidhaitsi - Sataniv, Ternopil Region RFQ Reference No.: RFQ-DRV-S1 1. Ukraine has received financing from the International Development Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) under the Financing Agreement No. 7748-UA toward the cost of the Delivering Resilient Infrastructure in Vulnerable Environments in Ukraine (DRIVE) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for non-consulting services for “Installation of Two Emergency Modular Road Bridges at km 29+012 and km 41+382 of Public Road of National Importance R-87 Halych - Pidhaitsi - Sataniv, Ternopil Region”. 2. The State Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine now invites eligible participants to submit their quotations for the provision of the above non-consulting services. 3. Procurement will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations in accordance with the “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Fifth Edition, September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”). 4. The procurement shall be conducted through an electronic procurement system. “Electronic procurement system” means the national electronic procurement system “Prozorro,” accessible at https://prozorro.gov.ua/ , including authorized electronic platforms (hereinafter referred to as “platforms”). 5. The Participant has the right to use any platform of their choice from the list available on the Prozorro website: h ttps://prozorro.gov.ua/uk/majdanchiki-prozorro . The Participant must register on the selected platform in accordance with the terms and conditions of that platform. 6. Documents related to this RFQ, as well as any amendments and clarifications, are published by the Employer in the electronic procurement system; however, only registered Participants may submit their requests for clarification and/or quotations to the electronic procurement system via the platform. 7. Quotations shall be submitted not later than 10:00 Kyiv time on July 22, 2026 , through the platform selected by the Participant in accordance with the instructions specified in the Request for Quotations.
