Bus Detail Cleaning Service

Bidder to provide detailing cleaning services for the City of Santa Monica Department of Transportation’s (SMDOT) Big Blue Bus Fleet of Transit Buses and non-revenue vehicles as required by SMDOT. Bidder will be onsite to detail and clean the interior and exterior of transit coaches and non-revenue vehicles. Buses that are detailed should be cleaned to a “Like New Condition,” normal wear and tear is acceptable. A “Like New Condition” is defined as a standard, free of dirt, grime, graffiti, and unwanted decals. Surfaces must be returned to original color and luster. Transit buses that are not cleaned to this standard shall not be accepted and paid for until the Like New Condition is met. All transit coaches and non-revenue vehicles shall be detailed every six (6) months, or two (2) times per year.
