(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based data–driven readiness tool. • Requires contractor support to develop, integrate, modernize, deploy, and sustain data–driven readiness tools that improve training, resource management, and operational decision–making across fleet replacement squadrons.• Developing and maintaining data pipelines and data transformation processes to support real–time and batch data exchange• Design, implement, and maintain cloud–based solutions for hosting, processing, and analyzing readiness data• Cloud services must comply with Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guides (SRG) and be hosted in authorized environments (e.g., AWS GovCloud, Azure Government).• Maintain configuration management processes for all software, hardware, and documentation includes tracking changes, maintaining baselines, and ensuring traceability throughout the system lifecycle
